How to Delete Your Data

1. Through the Fango Mobile App : You can update, amend, or delete your information at any time by signing in to your Account and visiting the top profile icon section. This allows you to manage and remove your personal information directly.

2. Via Email Request: If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please send an email to our support team:

• Subject: Data Deletion Request - [Your Name and Registered Phone Number]

• Processing Time: We will process your request and permanently remove your data from our active databases within 30 days.

Important Note on Data Retention

Please note that Fango may be required to retain certain information even after a deletion request if we have a legal obligation to do so (for example, for tax, auditing, or legal purposes under Indian law) or a lawful basis to do so. Once our legal obligations are fulfilled, any remaining data will be permanently purged.
